Estimated delivery time is 5-15 business days. We use FedEx, DHL, and Canada Post for all domestic orders. We also offer free worldwide delivery.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once you receive your order you have 14 days to return your order. If 14 days have passed since you have received your item, unfortunately you are not eligible to open a return request. In order to receive a refund, the product must be unworn, tags attached, in new condition with your order receipt included.

Please ship your return back to us using an outer cardboard box, to ensure protection of the shoes and the shoe box, failure to do so could lead to damage meaning we would not be able to accept the return. We are unable to provide refunds once a product is used. Please be aware that unfortunately this decision is final and cannot be overturned. CozyKicks will not be responsible for any customer postage expenses. 

You can only cancel your order within 24 hours from the order through our email: contact@cozykicksofficial.com. The cancelation fee is 15%. 

CozyKicks now offers an exchange service! you may return the original item and fill the out the form with your desired exchange size. Once we have received your return, we will send the replacement. Sometimes the desired size may be sold out, we will contact you to discuss available options. 

In the unlikely event, if the wrong size or product has been sent by CozyKicks, the customer must inform us within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original box, unused condition and resalable condition. Shipping costs will be reimbursed, only if the incorrect product or a faulty product is received.
